With the aim of inspiring the contemplation of Indian culture and national interest in independent India, the school was established in July 1977 by some senior social workers of the metropolis in the memory of Jwala Devi, mother of the fourth Sarsanghchalak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Professor Rajendra Singh, later revered Rajju Bhaiya. .
