Administrative Office
Note :-
1. Monthly fee will be deposited on 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and last working day of Month. Fee will be deposited on next working day in case of holidays on above dates.
2. If the fee will not be submitted at the end of the month, the late fee Rs. 100/- will be charged with monthly fee in the next month.
3. The fee from admission April to September month must be deposited in case of leaving the college in the middle of the session and the total fee of year must be deposited in the case of leaving the college after October month. No any concession will be given in this case.
4. Application is required for Transport (Bus). Transport will be provided only after obeying all the Transportation rules.
5. Fee will not be refunded at any case after admission.
6. Since August, the students of 6th to 12th will have to deposit the fee of two months.
7. Fee of board exams will be decided by UPMSP. It is compulsory to deposit with the fee of April.
8. Rs. 200/- will be charged with monthly fee in case of opted computer as an optional subject in class 9th to 11th.
9. Rs. 20/- per day will be charged with the monthly fee on taking leave without information.
Yearly Publishment :-
School Diary, Yearly Calendar & Syllabus will be given to every student in the beginning of the new session every year. It is compulsory to bring school diary to school everyday. Signature of the guardian must be on the first page of school diary. Yearly Prospectus published at the end of the session and also hand written magazine.
Discipline :-
1. Student’s name will be struck off from class register in case of absence more than three days.
2. It is compulsory to obey all the rules of the college. Student’s name will be struck off from the college at the disobedience of college rules.
3. Every student must have 90% attendance in class. College may prohibit the student meeting to appear in the exam due to low attendance.
4. Generally, guardians are not allowed to meet with the teachers except the Parents Meeting day. But in critical condition guardians can meet with principal. Guardians should meet with the class teachers at the last day of the month to discuss about attendance and progress of the student. Presence of guardian is important on “Parents Meeting Day”. Use student’s diary for communication.
